Join us for a weight loss support group for ideas, tips, and group support! Some of the most important reasons for successful weight management is group support and accountability. We will meet on Thursdays at 5:30 for 30-40 minutes, at Mtn. Sage Clinic, discuss options for weight management, and have fun! Initial gathering is Thursday, Nov. 16th at 5:30. This will be an introductory meeting to talk about the different options for weight management and review the hormonal regulators. You select the approach that you feel will work for you. Then we will have ongoing tips and recipes for making it work. There is no charge for the introduction meeting, if you decide to continue it’s just $5 per week. This membership includes weekly weigh-in and monthly measurements, along with the meetings. Please RSVP by calling the clinic or on Face Book, so we can plan ahead.
